Approved Supply Products
Only paper and edible ink purchased through CTP Imaging may be used in CTP systems.
Use of other supply products will cause damage to components and void equipment warranties. Equipment warranties and technical support will be voided if supplies are not purchased through CTP Imaging. To order supply products, call 800-532-6505.

Systems
The Bakery Designer system is constructed of high quality components from a variety of reputable manufacturers. All warranty and service issues will be resolved by CTP. The Bakery Designer system is warranted for 1 year from the shipment date. The Bakery Designer system warranty covers all defects in materials and workmanship. If the Bakery Designer system should malfunction for any reason, service will be provided by calling CTP technical support at 1-800-532-6505 (Monday through Saturday, 8 AM – 5 PM Mountain Standard time). If the problem cannot be resolved over the phone by a CTP technician, then, within 2 business days, a replacement component will be shipped (UPS Ground) to your location. A Return Shipping label will be provided for any failed components. Defective components which are not returned to CTP within 30 days will be billed in full. All costs of shipping, service, diagnosis, and repair are fully covered under CTP’s warranty. Warranty does not cover costs due to misuse or abuse of the Bakery Designer system.

CTP Ink tank guarantee
All CTP ink tanks are guaranteed for 30 days against defects. If a CTP representative diagnoses an ink tank as defective, then the tank must be returned to CTP in order for a complimentary ink tank to be issued.

· 1 Year “Cold Swap” warranty coverage. (If any hardware component is diagnosed as “in need of replacement”, within 7 days we will ship a replacement component (UPS Ground Service) free of charge., free of charge (excluding Sat & Sun)
